For this project, we will provide all the Technical Support Services for the Italian, Dutch and Portuguese markets. Job Title: Inbound Assistant – Customer Care and Technical Support
Required Skills: Fluent speaker in the following languages:
Italian (+ English)
Dutch (+ English)
– Hardware Technical knowledge (mainly printers)
– Contact Center Experience
Start Date – February 21st
Monthly Salary: € 850 (base salary) + € 50 (no absence bonus) + € 50 (productivity bonus) + Lunch fee, for 40 hours week
Work Location: Sitel facilities in Lisbon
