R&D Senior Biology Scientist (m/f)

Supervises the research activities of junior scientists. Performs analytical R&D in cell and molecular biology related areas using new and existing methodologies. Develops, implements and reports studies plans executed as a consequence of research and/or development of products, projects and programs. Develops, establishes and validates testing methodology used to control raw materials and active substances, production intermediates and final products. Is responsible for the overall management of R&D sub-areas. Is responsible for the development of SOPs and TIs in areas of R&D. Conducts work in compliance with cGxP, safety and all regulatory requirements applicable to the area.


Perfil do candidato:
- Advanced University degree (PhD level) in Biological or Biomedical Sciences;
- Preferably 2-3 years of postdoctoral experience in cell biology, biochemistry, or pharmacology with hands-on experience in cell culturing;
- Ability to design, develop, and implement R&D processes in a proactive, resilient and constructive manner, while assuring tight control of projects' resources;
- Excellent organization, planning and supervision skills;
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking ability;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent team player.
